The 400 Sunny Isles project, designed by Architect Chad Oppenheim and Architect of Record, Kobi Karp consists of two 20-story glass towers, with a total of 230 units.

Alno created real-life mock-up model displays in its South Florida flagship showroom to ensure the design met the client’s standards. For the kitchen, the developers selected a robust lacquered white door front for the base cabinets, and an exotic engineered wood, called Cashmere Oak, for the upper cabinets.
